The plugin is ESPFE so it will not take a slot in your load order. The outfit was created by team TAL.
The items can be crafted or retrieved with AIM. I personally optimized the meshes and
textures, as well as created the SpecularMaps that they did not include.
There is a total of 4 pieces to this outfit, each having 2 color/design variants.
