This is an outfit made by VTAW in FO4. I converted the meshes to SE and fit them to the CBBE Physics body. you can create the outfit pieces at a tanning rack with some leather. there is a hair bow which has sliders so you can adjust its position in bodyslide. The panty is 1 piece, the robe, stockings, and collar are all different pieces to the outfit. I made all the NormalMaps and SpeaculaMaps from scratch.
