Cerri Steelfist is a melee, sword, shield, and heavy armor "vanilla" follower, so no custom voices or anything special like that.
3 versions to get; the only difference between them are the skin resolutions so if you're not going for screenshots and stuff, you're probably not going to need the 8k or 4k versions.
Should work fine with any follower frameworks, given that I haven't honestly done anything special to it, but it's only been tested by me in NFF and vanilla SSE
Can be found in Sleeping Giant Inn, in Riverwood
should start at level 20 and scale up to like 200 at least with the player
