Isle of LadyHa 1.0.0

This mod was created for LadyHa Gaming, to thank her for her help and support!! This Island is located north of Salem and all DLCs are required. The boat to get to the Island, is located in Salem on the North east side. This settlement is separate from the Port Salem mod, and is now a stand alone Settlement.  This is a full settlement, that you can send settlers to and set up provisioners. The Previs was redone for this area for the new land mass created, which is why this mod is larger than most of my settlement mods. I will be coming out with a second version that has the proper LOD to it, and a few other tweaks.
