I'm looking "for ever" to make my ALL vampires (NPCs and character, all) to be as much as "Underworld" can be. I mean, I want the "phases" of the vampirism but I want attractive NPCs (male & female). I also want, VERY MUCH WANT, to have BLUE eyes instead of red - and fangs of course.

 

How can I achieve that? I'll use your mod... and others?

When you become a vampire, it actually just changed the texture of your eyes to the red ones. so If you just replace the texture, then that is how you will have the blue eyes. Also as far as the fangs, open the mouth.tri file in bodyslide, and look for the slider called "Vampire morph" and editing that slider will allow you to have the fangs you want. @lupus_hegemonia

Unfortunately, my dear friend... I wish it was that easy.

First of all, as you see, I have done (a lot time ago) my own eyes:

Regardless the textures (as you see, I already have blue iris for the eyes - but kept the red in case I want them), you need to edit the meshes too. The vampire eye meshes have ORANGE-YELLOW GLOW. And yes... I did it too, I did edited the meshes and made them blue-glowing... and the result is this:

So, as you see... even if I edited the meshes and made the color blue... the result didn't changed. Somehow there is still a yellow glow - and combined with the blue texture... yellow+blue=green!!! I believe, its also about FACEGEN issue. The vampires (from any mod overhaul or vanilla), they have yellow glow by default. We need to edit ALL vampire race to have blue glowing (which I have NO IDEA how to do it).

The head tri file also has vampire morph, that is what makes the face change. 

 

My vampire eyes don't glow at all. I think that may be a mod you have. This sounds like a script in act here.

But, the vanilla vampires glows.
Its not a mod. The vanilla vampire eyes meshes have glows (yellow). And without CK edit (and plugin, with new facegen files), we can't have the vampire with blue textures.

 

I may remove completely the glow (i'm using now your mod - and if you saying is correct, I won't have glow) and I'll simply put blue textures.

So, if there isn't glows in your meshes (I think they do, I opened the meshes in Nifskope), I simply put the blue textures.

Other than the tri files, the rest is done by scripting, and in the esp. the vampire scripts are by far, skyrims hardest scripts to crack. You should see the patches I made for extra races for BV, it's insane. According to the scripts it assigns a new texture file to the eyes. I don't recall seeing anything about meshes. I know with the SKSE extensions it can be done in scripting though, which is why I suggested it may be a mod.

I can't follow there and be active... for "obvious" reasons, since they have me "marked" (from Nexus Team) and there is a huge "crusader" against me - and they have "snipers" to tracking me. Can you help me in my site (www.lhmods.com) or here via PM?

I just need to know the damn process to have all my vampires (player & NPCs, male & female) with blue eyes and fangs.

also not my mod, lol. I have ported alot of mods to SE, I dont really do it much anymore. 
This mod CAN work with Alt Vamp eyes, but this mod comes first, then that one.

Question, when I feed it doesn't show blood on my characters mouth. I'm wondering if there is a conflicted file somewhere? Or a bad mesh?

With the recent update to SKSE and a few other mods, it seems like this mod causes a CTD at the point of transformation into a vampire.  Would it be possible to update it?

The SKSE did not change anything for users, so it would not effect your game, as a modder, how you would mod it would change. So the SKSE is not the issue, rather something else would be the cause.

So far I have only noticed 2 issues while playing:

 

1: The eyes will often revert to vanilla when loading a save or new area

 

2: This is likely an issue with DVA in general and not just this port, but the night vision from Sacrosanct - Vampires of Skyrim is not recognized by DVA and thusly does not display the proper eye textures when using it.

 

Other than that, it seems to work perfectly.

The mod seems to use it's own textures for the Vampire head (which makes sense), this results in a minor neck seam - while this is fine and easily ignored for the degraded blood starved stages, I was wondering if there is an easy way to just use my default textures when my vamp is fully fed. I don't need DVA to take over when I should have a normal, unwrinkled appearance.
