Morrigan is a Witch of the Wilds, one of innumerable sorceresses whose legends originate in the Korcari Wilds. She is called upon to leave her home to become a companion to the Dragonborn. Morrigan can be romanced.

This basically makes her head HiPoly. I also edited the mouth texture to be the same as teens instead of your standard in game teeth.
(Please let me know if you see a neck seam, I had a little trouble this round)
