This is a down and dirty upload without all of my usual font and color changes. Heavy Sniper Rifle (Overpowered) adds a safe outside of the entrance to Vault 111, you will find other useful items in there to help you on your way. Normally I would use different Fonts and Colors to introduce and describe my mod. Not this time because I am going to get right to the point. What we've got here is a new faster, stronger Dogmeat without being too overpowered. I enhanced his melee strength to make him more of a Police K-9 Unit. His S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats have been tweaked. These are the re-texture files for the Karliah Armor 2. They are in 4 different options. Black, Black & Brown, Brown Leather and White. You can only choose 1 re-texture at a time but, there is nothing keeping you from downloading all 4 and change them when you want. Since these are texture files, they will not effect your plugins count, nor will it cause an adverse effect to anything else in game.
