Took me a while to work my way up to Frea of the Skaal in my latest playthrough, but I’m glad I did. Cute as a button, and an excellent replacer for the otherwise... modest looking -vanilla Frea of Skaal. This replacer makes Skyrim much more appealing and exciting. Replacers, while still taking a great deal of artistic talent, are easier content to create than followers, since the “guts” and mechanics of the NPC is already built by the core game. Given that, when I rate a “replacer”, it’s not on as steep a scale as a full “stand-alone follower”. That being said, Frea of the Skaal, with her complete FOMOD and several customization options is a wonderful replacer, and nice addition to my Skyrim mods list. There’s just something about that cute nose, and on-point eyebrows I just adore. Also, the heart goggles and unique outfit are nice additions. This Frea replacer is leagues better than the vanilla one that comes with the game, and well worth the download.

Wren is another perfect example of what a 5* mod looks like. Fantastic detail, new voice (younger British accent with new dialog), two outfits… one cute and the other looks bada$$ sorceress. She harvests plants without interrupting game-play, and has plenty of new chatter she says while out an adventuring. Cute custom face and body, all with a younger British accent, excellent looking follower with lots of additional “bells and whistles”. Even has a quick introductory mini-quest (took less than 5 min, but was a nice addition to gaining a new follower. Much better than many follower mods which are nothing more than… “Yo!!! Follow me”. She fights very well, of course having a self-heal is great, but my favorite part was when she cast some kind of spell at a flying dragon causing it to tumble and crash into the ground. Easy kill once it was on the ground, and it looked amazing. I was laughing about it for quite a while. We haven’t done too much together yet, but I’m assuming her dialog will warm up the more we get to know each other. Shaken followers are good about that kind of additional detail. Thank you for this mod, and keep up the fantastic work. I’m enjoying Wren immensely. This is the kind of exemplary 5* follower that makes me glad to subscribe to the guild.

I finally got mine stable. I don't use anywhere near 300, closer to 80. Took me a while to get mods from "LL" to play nice with Sim Settlements. Lots of script heavy mods, took me a while to straighten out the spaghetti. Best I was ever able to do was keep the game stable for about 3-4 days worth of play time. I've never had a problem from any of the Shacken mods, but there aren't many here. I keep watching, and thinking I might start up another play-through of FO4. Thanks again for your excellent work.

Talia’s a super cute follower, with an adorable face, and a CBBE body that can be adjusted to your preferences. If you’re like me and installed all the optional NPC’s included on the required “Sassy Teen Dolls”, you can’t go wrong adding Talia as well. With all those good things in mind, if Talia was not behind the pay-wall she would have earned 3-4 *, however I can only objectively give this follower 2 stars. Mostly because I believe there should be a higher standard of quality expected from followers behind the pay-wall. Talia, while cute, is very minimalistic when compared to other high value, pay-wall followers that I’ve reviewed like “Teen Triss” or “Echo Healer Custom AI” (among others), each of which have unique voices, custom AI, and integrated outfits in their stand-alone FOMOD. (Shout-out to Ellie Willliams for excellent attention to detail with the custom body/face sculpting and eyes that track movement.) It is worth noting Talia does have a self-heal and a ranged spell, which does help out in combat. However even when compared to free followers not behind the pay-wall, like Buckethead (unique voice/body/outfit) or Lynette (unique shield/armor/additional unique dialog/custom spell/additional perks), Talia offers objectively less value. That being said, I do still think Talia is super cute, and would make a nice addition to the extra NPC/Followers/replacers integrated into the free Sassy Teen Dolls FOMOD. If you’re using Sassy Teen dolls anyway, you can’t go wrong adding Talia (the super cute ginger). Thanks for the follower.
